• This 12-month subspecialty fellowship had exposure to high volumes of open and arthroscopic shoulder and upper limb surgery. I had clinical responsibility for the management of complex upper limb trauma at the University Teaching Hospital. I was part of the Western Australia sarcoma service, performing reconstructive surgery for shoulder girdle and upper limb tumours and metastatic disease
