Nicola provides pre- and post-operative support for patients undergoing Shoulder Replacement surgery, ensuring that home support and facilities are adequate for the return home from hospital after surgery.
She also teaches patients to manage with daily tasks during the rehabilitation phase whilst the use of the affected arm recovers.
Nicola has written unique informative documents, providing essential information on sleeping, washing and daily activities for people in slings after shoulder surgery. These have been included in our Patient Information Pages.
She also has access to many useful aides to assist people recovering from shoulder surgery and shoulder injuries.
Nicola has developed unique splints and splinting regimens for patients with Stiff Elbows and patients undergoing Elbow Debridements & Release surgery.
