  3. Posterior:
    1. Posterior labral tear
    2. Hill-Sachs Lesion (large, small or shallow)
  4. Rotator Cuff :
    1. Partial thickness tear
    2. Full Thickness tear (small, large or massive)
    3. Suscapularis tear (partial or full thickness)
  5. Rotator Interval :
    1. Inflamed
    2. Large
  6. Glenoid : Normal, degenerative (specify grade), osteochondral lesion
  7. Humeral head : Normal, degenerative (specify grade), osteochondral lesion
