24 year old professional rugby league player, who had a big tackle and felt pain and a click in his shoulder (no dislocations). Unable to continue playing due to posterior shoulder joint pain. The video shows a large posterior labral tear with a postero-infrior labral flap. This required reattachment with bone anchors and sutures.
