Case 2

28 year old professional rugby league player. No specific injury recalled, but increasing pain and clicking in shoulder. Unable to weight train, severe pain when passing ball; but able to play with lots of discomfort at the end of a game. Occasional 'dead arm' during games. The video shows a postero-superior labral detachment and voluminous posterior capsule. The capsulolabrum was reattached with two anchors and sutures, and a posterior capsular plication was performed.
